Posing Class 4.0 (Graduation) - Tuesday, September 30th @ 6:30pm

Bundle Expiration: This bundle expires on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 which means that you must complete all 3 classes plus the graduation by Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing this bundle in September that you must complete all classes (1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0) by Tuesday, September 30, 2025. If you are unable to complete these classes (1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0) by Tuesday, September 30, 2025, there will be no refunds, no credits, and no transfers to any other quarter/class/bundle under any circumstance. You will need to purchase a new bundle for the upcoming quarter. Or, if you prefer more flexibility, you can purchase individual classes separately to complete the series at your own pace — based on availability.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

This class is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you are unable to attend the class, the class is not refundable and no credits will be given.

Class Waiver

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this class(es) provided by the Provider. I understand that physical movement, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and even the possibility of serious injury or death. I hereby assume all risks and responsibility for any such injuries or other medical incidents.

Waiver and Release: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue the Provider, its employees, representatives, affiliates, or agents from any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of any nature arising out of or in connection with my participation in the class(es), whether caused by the negligence of the Provider or otherwise.

Medical Representation: I represent that I am physically fit to participate in the class(es) and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. If I have any medical conditions or concerns, I have consulted with a healthcare provider and obtained clearance to participate. Consent to Medical Treatment: I hereby consent to receive any necessary medical treatment resulting from my participation in the class(es) and agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.

Acknowledgment: I have read this Class Waiver, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms.
